I build the blueprints that make sure the software DiscoverTec produces will be easy to modify and inexpensive to maintain.

WHAT UNIQUE QUALITY DO YOU POSSESS THAT YOU BELIEVE MAKES YOU GOOD AT YOUR JOB?

I have the ability to see process workflows in my head so I can quickly identify bottlenecks and friction points. This works well for building software systems but also helps with finding the shortest path to success.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT THE SUITE 400 SPACE?

I can see daylight. My previous two jobs were in a closed spaces with no windows.

I homeschool all four of my children. So, the Ewer house is always filled with books, science experiments and lots and lots of homework assignments.
