Tom has over 14 years of business development experience and has held senior sales and recruiting positions within large Fortune 500 staffing firms focused in the Technology and Accounting & Finance sectors. Tom has worked with clients in a variety of industries and has helped create hiring solutions to attract top talent to the project at hand. In fact, Tom was able identify and place a couple of key members of the DiscoverTec team.
Originally from Melbourne, Florida, Tom originally moved to Jacksonville to attend the University of North Florida and graduated with a degree in Communications. After spending 8 years in South Florida, Tom and his wife Brittany moved back to Jacksonville in 2009. They have two boys, Landen & Brody who keep them extremely busy with various sports and activities.
How do you explain your job to people who know very little about the Internet?
I work with our clients to better understand their web related needs and help provide a solution that essentially will either increase sales or allow them to become more efficient and decrease their costs.
Who is your favorite Internet celebrity?
I can’t say I have a favorite internet celebrity.
What unique quality do you possess that you believe makes you good at your job?
I work well with different personalities and building relationships. Ability to bring new ideas to the table and always trying to simplify things when possible.
What is your favorite thing about the Suite 400 space?
Oversized bean bags are pretty cool.

Melbourne, FL is also known as the Space Coast since it is just south of Cape Canaveral. Growing up, we would watch countless space shuttle launches. The local area code, 321, is based off the launch sequence.
