Summary: This person will be responsible for project oversight and management of multiple software development projects among a variety of clients and will include planning, execution, monitoring and launch of these projects.


  • Work collaboratively with the development team and will be the main point of contact with the client.
  • Create, manage and track projects, including, but not limited to:
    • Project schedules & timelines
    • Detailed project plans
    • Resource planning
    • Risk and issues logs
    • Status reports – both internal and external
  • Tailor project management and support processes to meet the needs of individual (new and/or ongoing) projects.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of projects; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters.
  • Communicate and collaborate with external customers as needed in regards to project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting and interfacing with sponsors.
  • Make decisions and communicate trade-offs and risks; drive key decisions across projects.
  • Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members.
  • Provide ongoing project plan/status reporting for use by Client Services team and CEO.
  • Manage resource planning and organizational capacity planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Five years of experience in a Project Manager role or similar.
  • Fundamental understanding of web-based systems programming and development.
  • Can work independently with minimal direction.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications; experience with Teamwork or similar PM tools preferred.
  • Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with custom software development projects (.NET framework preferred)
  • Experience/exposure to Umbraco or Kentico CMS
  • Digital Marketing project management

This role will primarily be focused on developing new business in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Position Objectives:

The Internet Marketing Specialist is responsible for all search engine optimization and paid online marketing responsibilities.

Essential Functions:

Work with in-house and external resources to identify and implement improvements to all client campaigns to maximize Social Media, Content Distribution and SEM performance.

Implement Social Media best practices in paid and organic posting with analysis of reach and conversions on existing and new social media channels.

Manage, optimize and record paid marketing results for search engines, paid placement on Google Adwords, niche sites and other paid opportunities to achieve optimum ROI.

Knowledge of different marketing automation software, primarily HubSpot.
