We've been working with the team at Nocatee for over 3 years on their master-planned community's website that draws thousands of visitors every month. Today is the kickoff meeting to start re-designing the website and we're excited to get started.
Alot has changed in both our industry as well as the real estate business since we began our partnership with Nocatee in 2007 and one of first orders of business is updating the website's look and feel. While the colorful and vibrant design of the current site has it's strengths, we want to approach it from the user perspective this time around and structure the design towards that experience.
The website needs to be attractive to potential homebuyers, that's a key element to our strategy, but in addition to that we want to show off just how much the community has grown since its inception. We're going to be incorporating some pretty advanced content management techniques on this site so that the news, photo galleries and upcoming events are worked into not just the homepage, but all the relevant pages of the website.
The content management system will also accomodate the builders for Nocatee, all of them will have unique logins so they can update their inventory, change pricing and manage all their neighborhood photos.
