Applications Developer/Programmer
Develops and programs applications for commercial enterprise. Required: M. S. in Computer Science. Proficiency in Visual C#, Basic, Java, SQL, XML, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Web Services, SilverLight, and AJAX.

Web Developer
Must have degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 2 years web development experience, specifically in Microsoft .net v2.0 or above.
Must be extremely proficient with Microsoft SQL 2005 & above (experience with 2008 as well as SQL reporting engine a plus), as well as ADO.net for database integration. Experience with Silverlight is a major plus.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, working experience with Team Foundation Server is a plus.
Must have experience collaborating with graphic designers/UI designers, experience with direct client interaction a plus.

Web Designer
Must have degree in graphic art/design or related field as well as 2 years web design (not print design) experience. Must be extremely proficient with CSS, HTML & non-tabular layouts.
Experience with SEO a major plus, as well as working experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.
Must be extremely proficient with Adobe products suite, especially Photoshop CS4. Must have experience designing, coding & styling live websites and must be able to provide current portfolio. Must be proficient with Flash as well and preferably have a portfolio for motion graphic work.
Experience with Social Media Optimization/Integration a major plus, as well as any working knowledge/experience with Microsoft Silverlight, specifically Blend.

IT Consultant
Must have degree in Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience.
Must have 2-4 years hands on experience working with XP, Windows 7, 2003 or 2008 operating system(s). Must have proven knowledge of Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrates working knowledge of the basic to complex hardware and software products and have proven problem solving/ troubleshooting skills. Previous experience as Network Administrator and/or Desk Side Support is key to success in this position.
Must have experience in various custom or packaged hardware and software. Must have superior troubleshooting capabilities and outstanding customer service and support skills.
Must have license/certification with MCSE, MCSA, or MCP and A+.

Marketing Coordinator
Must have degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
Must have 2-4 years hands on experience working with Adobe Suite. A basic knowledge of graphic and web design is preferred. Demonstrates expertise in various internet marketing functions.
Must be able to plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating events, develop and oversee design of marketing materials, and act as public relations officer. Must be able to plan and implement internet marketing including but not limited to search engine optimization, social networking, and pay per clicks (Google Analytics & Google Adwords a plus). Must be able to plan and implement sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the duties personally or through subordinates. When necessary, this position may coordinate problem resolution with other technical teams within DiscoverTec and external vendors.

Project Manager
Requires Management of multiple complex development projects coordinating the efforts of Architects, Engineers, DBAs, Operations Personnel and QA Engineers to bring
projects in on time, within budget and to a high level of quality.
Must have a minimum of 2-5 years experience in project management and at least 3 years experience managing external customer billable projects. Has a proven track record managing large, managing Web infrastructure and Web application development projects while successfully meeting budget, quality and timeline targets.
Must have outstanding written skills and a remarkable attention to detail. Has the ability to gain client confidence through demonstrated communication, project management and technical skills. Has the capability to clearly and convincingly communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent personnel management skills and the ability to create a cooperative team spirit among project personnel across departments.
